An encounter is a single patient visit the first time SpecScribe generates its note. Regenerating a note, reviewing past notes or editing templates doesn't count. Solo Scribe includes 50 encounters per provider each month; additional encounters are $2 each. Clinical Command Center is unlimited.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to start. Add a card any time before the trial ends to keep going; if you don't, your account pauses and nothing is charged. If you're not satisfied after your first payment, request a full refund within 30 days from Settings → Billing.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
